QUOTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF

Civil engineer

 

    Scope of work:

A.Contractor will do following items of work:-

1.Excavation for foundation in any type of soil and up to the depth recommended by the Architect.


2.Structural members like Column, beam, footing and reinforcement used as per structural design.


3.Complete civil work excluding the items mentioned in clause ‘B’.


4. Single or double coat of internal and external plaster as required , fixing of railing etc.


5.Sand/muroom filling with subbling remaining within the portion and up to plinth up to 2'6" depth plinth only.


6. 4” base concreting within the built-up area of the building.


7.     Parapet wall up to 3ft height.


8. Installation of anodized triple sliding aluminum section window.


9. Installation of frame of door of Sal wood or equivalent quality wood.


10.  Installation of flush doors.


11.Vitrified tiles of size 2x2 of range 35-40 rs/sqft on floor.


12. Ceramic wall tiles in bathroom of range 30-35 rs/sqft.


13.  Anti-skid parking tiles.


14.  Double coat putty and paint on interior and exterior.


15. Sanitary fitting of the client’s choice of medium range.


1. Electrical work excluding fixtures like fan, lights etc.

 

 

B. Following items of work are not included in the contract rate of:-

1.  Any work outside of plot area.

2. Any type of Waterproofing and grouting work and PCC work in the down slab area.

 

C.  Following Items of civil work will be treated as Extra work:-


1. Construction of overhead water tank, roof treatment.

2. Any work outside of the built-up area i.e. driveway drainage,Compound wall work and main gate etc.

 

C.              Terms and conditions:

1.For the purpose of bill, slab area at any level will be taken, and no extra area will be considered for the pitched roof.


2.Area of cantilever projection, loft and porch is to taken 100% to calculate total built-up area.


3.All the tools and equipments like ply / steel centering, vibrator, Concrete mixture, nails etc required for construction will be provided by the contractor.


4.Owner will provide free water and electricity on construction site.


5. Any changes in the work after the construction done by owner/ Architect will be paid according to item rate basis.


6.  In case of any dispute between the contractor and owner, Architect’s decision shall be final.


7.Accommodation if needed for labor on the site is to be arranged by the contractor.


8.Contractor will use 1st quality of red bricks, good quality of sand, & Aggregate which is to be approved from Architect/Owner.


9. Contractor will use TMT Steel of branded quality having strength

Fe-501.


10. Contractor will use slag cement of Ultra-tech/Birla gold or of any branded quality as suggested by owner/architect.


D.              Rates for construction:

 

          I Undersigned agree to construct as per drawings and design supplied by the Architect/Engineer, at the rate of Rs. ................../- per sqft for ground floor and tower. Quotation for extra Civil work Items is as per Clause -F.

 

 

F.  Rate of extra civil item work -

a. Brickwork Tank, Over head tank                               = ₹............../- per sqft.

a. Any type of RCC tank                                                = ₹................/- per sqft.d

d.   Charges for extra height per cuft of plinth area          = ₹.............../- per cuft 

e.Roof treatment up to 2.5 inches                                = ₹................./- per sqft.

 

 

F.General Specifications as per annexure-

1. P.C.C. in 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

    2. Any work outside of the built-up area i.e. drivewaydrainage, Compound wall work and main gate etc.
