QUOTATION FOR CONSTRUCTION (FINISHING)

 

Civil engineer


A. We will do following items of work: -

1. Civil work: -

1.   Excavation for foundation in any type of soil and up to the depth recommended by the Architect.

2.   Structural members like Column, beam, footing and reinforcement used as per structural design.

3.   Complete civil work excluding the items mentioned in clause ‘B’.

4.   Dust/Muroom filling with subblingwithin the plinth area and up to 2'6" depth plinth from N.G.L.

5.   4” base concreting within the built-up area of the building.

6.   8” outer and 4” partition wall and as necessary as per drawing.

7.   4” Parapet wall upto 3’ height.


2. Painting work:-

1.    1 coat white cement.

2.    2 coat Putty- JK Wall care/Birla white/equivalent

3.    1 coat primer- Birla white/equivalent

4.    2 coat paint- Asian Premium/Nerolac/Burger/Equivalent.


3. Tiling and granite work:-

1.    Vitrified tiles of size 2x4 of range 40-45 rs/sqft on floor.

2.    Anti skid tiles of size 2x2 in bathroom of range 35-40 rs/sqft.

3.    Wall tile of size 2X4 in Bathroom of range 40-45 rs/sqft.

4.    Anti-skid parking tiles/checkered tiles in porch area of 25-30 rs/sqft.

5.    Granite on stairblock with one side moulding of 75-80 rs/sqft.

6.    Granite on kitchen platform of 100 rs/sqft.

7.    Tiles upto 2’ height from kitchen platform of range 30-35 rs/sqft.


4. Railings:-

1.    Fixing of stainless steel railing in stairs.

2.    Fixing of railings in first floor balconies of glass.



1. Window and ventilation:-

1.    Granite choukhat in window.

2.    10 mm square bar grills in windows. Design as per drawing.

3.    Installation of 3 track aluminum section windows.

4.    Installation of 3x2 aluminum ventilation section in bathrooms.

2. Doors:-

1.    Installation of door frame of Sal wood or equivalent quality wood.

2.    Installation of flush doors in rooms not amounting more than 5000 rs  including mortise fittings per door and halls and Bathroom of first and second floor. Upto 3500 on Ground floor with L-Drop.

3.    Installation of 1 teak wood door in entrance gate not amounting to more than 20000 rs. Including both solid and mosquito door and central lock upto 2500 rs.

3. Sanitary:-

1.    CPVC fittings of Kisan/flowkem/Prince/Finolex or equivalent.

2.    Fixtures of the Jaquar or equivalent brand per bathroom including wall hung commode, table top wash basin and sinlge lever diverter not amounting to more than 25000 rs on first and second floor and 15000 rs on ground floor.

3.    Installation of 2-1000 litre water tank.

4.    Stainless steel sink in kitchen.

4.    Electrical work of Anchor/Reo(Havelles)/equivalent including lights, fans and exhausts but excluding fixtures like ac, chimney etc.

5.    False ceiling in porch area and balcony of PVC. POP false ceiling in first floor and second floor.

6.    4’X4’ toughened glass in second floor staircase slab.

 

A. Rates for construction:-

             

I Undersigned agree to construct as per drawings and design supplied by the Architect/Engineer, at the rate of Rs. 1390/- per sqft on ground floor, first floor and second floor. Quotation for extra Civil Work Items is as per Clause -F.

B. Following items of work are not included in the contract rate: -

1.   Any work outside of plinth area like boundary wall, drain, filling etc.

2.   Terrace flooring.

3.   Modular Kitchen work.

4.   Furniture work.

5.   Electrical fixtures like fans, lights etc.

6.   Any type of finishing work like tiling, painting etc.


A. Rate of extra civil item work -

A.  Brickwork Tank, Overhead tank                     =  ₹.................../- per sqft.

B.  Any type of RCC tank                                    =  ₹.................../-per sft

C.  Roof treatment up to 2.5 inches                    =  ₹..................../- per sqft.

D.  Parapet                                                          =   ₹....................../- per sqft

B. Mode of Payment:-

Initially contractor’s payment is calculated on the basis of slab area as per drawings but in the final stage it is adjusted as per the actual slab area of the building as on site.

C. Terms and conditions:-

1.   For the purpose of bill, slab area at any level will be taken, and no extra area will be considered for the pitched roof.

2.   Area of cantilever projection, loft and porch is to taken 100% to calculate total built-up area.

3.   All the tools and equipments like ply / steel centering, vibrator, Concrete mixture, nails etc required for construction will be provided by the contractor.

4.   Owner will provide free water and electricity on construction site.

5.   Any changes in the work after the construction done by owner/ Architect will be paid according to item rate basis.

6.   In case of any dispute between the contractor and owner, Architect’s decision shall be final.

7.   Accommodation if needed for labor on the site is to be arranged by the contractor.

8.   Contractor will use 1st quality of red bricks, best quality of sand, & Aggregate which is to be approved from Architect/Owner.

9.   Contractor will use TMT Steel having strength Fe-500D.

10.         Contractor will use cement Shree/Bangur/Double bull.

 

D. General Specifications as per annexure:-

1.   P.C.C. in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

2.   R.C.C. for foundation in M-20, for column, beam, 4.5” thick slab ratio 1:1.5:3.

3.   8” brickwork in 1:6 and

4.   4” brickwork in 1:4 cement mortar with 2 no. hoop iron at every 4th layer.

5.   Outside plaster with water proofing compound, 15 mm thick in 1:6.

6.   Inside plaster, 12 mm thick in 1:6.

7.   Ceiling plaster 10mm thick in 1:5.
