This staircase is specially designed for residential building. The staircase plan shown features a dog-legged type layout with a centrally placed lift shaft (5'0" x 5'0"). The staircase wraps around the lift, making efficient use of space. The stairs move upward in the clockwise direction. A total of 22 risers are used to cover the floor height of 12'0".

🔷 Reinforcement Details
It has been given proper reinforcement keeping the structure stability in mind. To ensure durability and structural strength, reinforcement bars are placed as per standard stair construction guidelines:-
Main Steel Bar: 10mm dia @ 6” c/c
Distribution Steel Bar: 10mm dia @ 6” c/c
These bars run both longitudinally and transversely to manage the load effectively.

Concrete Mix:- Use M20 grade or higher for residential stairs.
Cover to Reinforcement:- Minimum 15mm for internal stairs.
Formwork:- Ensure proper shuttering with accurate slope and alignment before concreting.
